You can explore the Black Book in your browser before installing anything.

What BLACKBOOK does not do:
It does not automatically complete assignments, update trackers, send invoices, or log in to outside services for you. It is a convenient directory of approved entry points.
Why is it useful?
The team can share one consistent resource hub. When a reference link is updated centrally, the published BLACKBOOK can be updated for everyone without sending a new list of bookmarks.
BLACKBOOK is a website that can also work like an app. Once published securely over HTTPS, supported browsers can add its icon to your home screen, app launcher, Dock, or desktop-style app list. Installation is optional; the website works without it.
Open the secure BLACKBOOK website in Chrome. Tap the browser menu (โฎ), then select Install app or Add to Home screen. Confirm the installation.
Open the website in Safari. Tap Share, select Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. You can open BLACKBOOK from the new icon.
Open the website in Chrome or Edge. Select the Install icon in the address bar, or choose the install option from the browser menu. On supported Mac versions, Safari may offer Add to Dock.
Open the dashboard now, or install BLACKBOOK if your browser supports it. Once installed, the icon is set to open the dashboard directly.
No. You can open it directly in your browser. Installing is simply a convenient way to keep the icon on your device.
No. MovePlnr, Motive, QuickBooks, Porwork, Google documents, and other platforms still require their own authorized accounts and access permissions.
The hub's pages can be available offline after they have loaded once, but connected systems and live documents generally need an internet connection. Never assume live job data is available offline.
That means the reference file or approved link has not been added yet. Contact your company administrator rather than guessing the address or using an outdated file.
Reference links can be centrally managed. Approved files can be hosted in a protected company-managed location, rather than relying on an individual employee's personal Drive. Until migration is completed, some resources still open their existing Google links.
BLACKBOOK is intended for authorized team use. The administrator must configure actual sign-in or access restrictions on the hosted website before sharing internal documents. An unlisted link by itself is not secure.
